An illegal land sales crime was revealed in Bukhara
The Bukhara Regional Department of Internal Affairs and the Bukhara Regional Department of the Prosecutor General's Office detained the citizen Sh.A. during the joint operation. He entered into another citizen, F.'s trust. Sh.A. wanted sale him the 7-hectare crop belonging to his brother under the name "G.A." LLC. He fraudulently sold it for $ 120,000 and was seized with material evidence while receiving $ 20,000 in advance.
In this regard, the Investigation Department initiated a criminal case according to Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a preliminary investigation is undertaken.
