A person was caught with "hashish" drug in Fergana city
On May 13, 2023, in the city of Fergana, when the officers of the 2nd group of the Post Patrol Service of the detachment of the DIA of Fergana region were on duty on the Bazar-yuli street, they stopped K.A. who raised suspicion. When they inspected him in the presence of impartial witnesses, they found "hashish" in his pocket and took it as material evidence.
In this regard, the Investigation Department of the DIA of Fergana city initiated a criminal case under Article 276, part 1 of the Criminal Code, and investigations are undertaken.
We remind you that the person who commits the crime specified in part 1 of Article 276 of the Criminal Code might be punished with imprisonment for up to 3 years.
