Although she was serving a sentence for a previous fraud crime, she promised to enroll a citizen G.H. on the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for $ 5,000. She was caught with evidence by event attendees while fraudulently receiving $ 1,000 from pre-arranged money.
