Law enforcement officers held a training in Navoi
In the "Month of Spirituality" framework, the Department of Internal Affairs of Navoi region held a seminar training with the Department of the National Guard in Navoi region. The training was dedicated to the "Strategy for achieving gender equality in Uzbekistan in 2020-2030" on "The role and place of women in the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies of Uzbekistan."
A group of law enforcement officers, including officers of the Navoi regional police department and students of the Navoi Academic Lyceum of the Ministry, attended the training. Speakers spoke about the opportunities for gender equality in the country in recent years.
Captain M. Orzieva, a senior psychologist at the Navoi Regional Department of Internal Affairs, spoke on "Promoting the best practices of women in the Department of Internal Affairs to young employees." The training raised the issues of the role of women in the system of the DIA of Navoi region, their intellectual and physical potential, the achievements of women and the rational use of the experience of qualified personnel in the future recruitment of young employees. Psychological recommendations were also given to enhance the role of women in society, the family and the upbringing of children.
