New projects in partnership with neighbouring countries were considered
On August 8, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting on expanding cooperation with Central Asian countries.
Our country's friendly and mutually beneficial relations with the countries of Central Asia are developing dynamically. In the last five years, foreign trade volume has increased by 2.5 times and exceeded 6 billion dollars. 1,700 enterprises have been opened in our country with the help of the capital of neighbouring countries.
The meeting participants discussed new projects and proposals for expanding economic cooperation with the Central Asian countries.
The question of developing and maintaining the national rating of the attractiveness of regional investments for the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the country was discussed.
The head of our state gave specific instructions on the discussed issues.
