A criminal group member in human trafficking was arrested in Samarkand
The Department of Internal Affairs of Samarkand region and the State Security Service detained a member of a criminal group involved in smuggling local citizens abroad.
During the event, a resident of Samarkand, born in 1967, "S.N." along with his criminal partners, was arrested on material evidence when he received 13,100 USD of the requested money, promising to send two locals to Israel for 30,000 USD.
The case is being investigated.
