A dream of a resident of Shurchi district has come true
The deputy head of the DIA of Surkhandarya region, Iqboliddin Ketmonov, handed citizenship passports to Yulduz Saidova and Umrzak Mamaraimov during a mobile reception held in Shurchi district.
- "In 1994, when we moved with our family from the Republic of Tajikistan to the "Karaarik" mahalla of Shurchi district, I was five years old", - says Yulduz Saidova. "My intention to study at a university did not come true in time because of not having a citizen's passport. But my desire to get a passport and fulfil my dreams did not give me peace. Finally, my dream came true. I became a real citizen of Uzbekistan. Now I can fully use all rights and freedoms. The status as a citizen will serve to realise my dreams.
Yulduz Saidova took the citizenship passport in her hands with joyous tears and appreciation.
