Money was demanded for not sharing shameful photos
Citizen E.A., a resident of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, appealed to Internal Affairs. She stated that the owner of an unknown profile named "Jamshid Khojaev" sent her pictures through the Telegram messenger and demanded money in the amount of 5,000,000 UZS for not sharing them on the Internet.
As a result of the conducted investigations, it was found that the person who tried to embezzle money was R.S., born in 1985, a resident of Kungirot district.
R.S. was arrested with material evidence while receiving the money, and the documents were issued procedurally.
A criminal case has been initiated against R.S. according to Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and an investigation is undertaken.
