Representatives of the Presidential Administration organized a seminar at the DIA of Tashkent region
The officials of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs held a seminar on "The essence of the content of the legislation on appeals of individuals and legal entities" at the DIA of Tashkent region.
The seminar provided an overview of the law on appeals and the procedures and rules set out in the by-laws.
Sarvar Mamadiev stressed that the main issue is to serve following the policy of openness pursued by the head of state in his speech. He stated to promptly and positively resolve complaints within the law instead of causing too much confusion to citizens.
He also noted that in repeated appeals from citizens in the country, employees have many cases of delays. He stressed that these types of "template" responses could not solve the problems. He cited several appeals and responses as examples.
At the open dialogue meeting, Sarvar Mamadiev expressed his sincere views on the police officers. He answered questions from staff and exchanged opinions.
