Psychological training was organized for women serving in the Tashkent regional police department
The Internal Affairs of Tashkent region initiated psychological training to support women working in the Internal Affairs. It aimed to prevent stressful situations in the service or the family and develop effective work organization skills.
Specialists headed by Senior Lieutenant Mohira Sobirova, Head of Staff for Women's Affairs of the Main Department, took part in the training and expressed their views on the topic.
The participants practised the ability to alleviate stress's physiological and psychological effects and apply ways and means of stress relief.
