Visit of the delegation of the General Secretariat of the International Criminal Police Organization Interpol
The General Secretariat of the International Criminal Police Organization Interpol delegation came to Tashkent on a working visit within the framework of the meeting of the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Public Security of the SCO Member States.
At the meeting of the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Public Security of the SCO Member States, the delegation of the General Secretariat of the International criminal police organization Interpol, led by the executive director of the organization's police services, Mr Stephen Kavanagh, came to our capital on a practical visit.
The leadership and staff of the National Central Bureau of Interpol held a meeting with the delegation of the General Secretariat as part of the visit. They discussed the current problems, tasks and ways of solving them at the international and regional levels.
During the visit to the bureau, certificates were ceremoniously presented to the representatives of various services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and related organizations who successfully completed the online training courses organized by the General Secretariat on the topics "Biometric parameters and international data exchange", "Possibility of the Interpol police".
During the visit of the General Secretariat of Interpol, the delegation highly appreciated the activities of the National Central Bureau of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and their efforts to increase their capacity to fight transnational crime.
